MyAlgoMate Social Desk (“the Service”) is a personal workspace for composing, scheduling, publishing, and replying to posts on connected social networks. This policy describes what we collect and how it is used. The Service is intended for the workspace operator, not for the general public.

Information we collect

Account credentials you create for this workspace (email and a hashed password). OAuth tokens, profile identifiers, display names, and avatars from networks you connect (Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, X, YouTube, LinkedIn). Content you compose (captions, media files, schedules). Comments and metrics pulled from those networks so you can reply and measure posts.

How we use it

We use this data only to operate the Service: authenticate you, publish and schedule posts on your behalf, sync comments, apply auto-reply rules you configure, and show analytics. We do not sell personal data. We do not use connected social data to advertise to third parties.

Sharing

Content and tokens are sent only to the official APIs of the networks you connect (Meta, X, Google, LinkedIn) as needed to provide the features you request. Hosting, tunnel, or database providers you run the Service on may process data as subprocessors under your control.

Retention and deletion

Data stays in this workspace until you disconnect a channel, delete content, or request deletion. Meta users can request deletion via Facebook or Instagram settings; we honor those callbacks and also provide instructions at the data deletion page linked below.

Questions about this policy: use the email configured as the workspace admin (ADMIN_EMAIL). If you connected a Facebook or Instagram account through this app, you may also use Meta’s in-product controls to disconnect or request data deletion.
